The overall aim is to make Scorah Property the market leader for luxury student property in Manchester and beyond.
Harry is Managing Director of Scorah Property and is therefore in charge of the day-to-day operation of the company.
After graduating from his degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics, Harry became a property manager and has learned a great deal about the lettings and property management market in Manchester.
Setting out on his own, he has built Scorah Property from the ground up, allowing for the implementation of innovative new approaches to doing business.
Daniella is Lettings Manager of Scorah Property. Her role comprises the running of the property lettings process, from helping students find a suitable home to the finalisation of their tenancy.
She graduated from university with a degree in sociology. In addition to her degree, she has over half a decade of experience working in the industry, and, having specialised in student accommodation in particular, Daniella uses that experience to guide students throughout the letting process as well as helping landlords’ market and let their properties to suitable tenants.
Sophie is Property Administrator at Scorah Property, supporting the smooth running of the company’s property management and lettings operations.
After graduating from University with a degree in Fashion Management, Sophie brings strong organisational, communication and customer service skills to the team. Having been a student herself, she understands first-hand the importance of finding the right accommodation and a seamless, well-managed letting process. In her role, Sophie helps to ensure both students and landlords receive a professional and efficient service throughout the lettings journey.
Charlotte is the Property Photographer at Scorah Property. With extensive experience in the photography industry, she brings a unique skill set to the team.
Charlotte supports the marketing of properties by attending all managed stock and capturing, editing, and uploading photographs as well as video tours for use on platforms such as Rightmove, On the Market, and Unihomes.
Although her role comprises mostly of photography, you will also find her getting stuck into various admin and manual tasks during the busy periods.
Christopher is Chairman of Scorah Property as well as being a practising barrister at 9 St John Street Chambers in Manchester.
He has had a long interest in property, particularly period buildings, part of his degree subject being historic English architecture.
Although his son Harry is responsible for the day to day management of Scorah Property, Christopher is actively involved in strategic business decisions and legal matters.
