We are quite selective with what houses we market.
However, should a house meet our requirements then our rates are lower than the market average.

Our Approach
Scorah property was founded in response to the frustrations we had with the apparent lack of incentive for great quality housing provision in the Manchester student area.
Landlords pay high fees, stifling their ability to re-invest, improve, and grow their portfolios.
We only accept high quality houses and offer free, property specific advice to landlords whose houses don’t meet our criteria on what renovations would be most beneficial.
If accepted, the rents we can command reflect the exclusively high quality of housing we offer. In addition, our fees are below the market average corresponding to our goal of long-term growth rather than short term profit maximisation.
